The reason for this project
The Humanist Constitution is Armen’s attempt to modernize the U.S. Constitution. Its starting question is direct: if the same document has required 27 amendments, maybe it is time to modernize it.
The project reviews the Constitution passage by passage. The official wording appears first, followed by Armen’s proposed text. Where he agrees with the existing provision, the wording is repeated.
These are the author’s proposals for discussion. His wording and positions are preserved; editing is limited to spelling and grammar.
A shared identity
Armen is President of Moloian Enterprises Inc., a technology consulting business, and owner of Moloian Luxury Assets. His professional background spans information technology and cybersecurity.
This independent writing project shares the Moloian Enterprises identity while keeping its own subject and purpose: a reconsideration of the words that define government and the people it serves.
